① Dazaifu Tenmangu Shrine

Around Nakajima Shrine and Soreiden Hall, located to the right after crossing the Taiko Bridge, cherry blossoms usually bloom beautifully from late March to mid-April.

The contrast between the deep green camphor trees and the soft pink cherry blossoms creates a stunning scene—making it a hidden cherry blossom spot.

Its crest features a cherry blossom, and in spring the shrine grounds are filled with blooming sakura.

Although it is also famous for autumn leaves, it has long been known as a cherry blossom viewing spot.

The cherry blossoms stretching from the first torii gate are breathtaking.
The glass-built amulet office was renovated in 2012 and blends traditional shrine architecture with modern design.

It is also famous for its photogenic rows of torii gates.
